1. When did you start this company?

S3 Catering started off as a test pilot in 2011



2. Why s3?

Why not S3, as it stands for Simply, Savory & Spiced and that’s how we create every dish keeping the 3 S’ in mind. We are a multicultural Creative Cuisine Connoisseur!




3. What is your inspiration behind these beautiful dishes?

To strive and showcase  the South Asian heritage & culture by artistically blending worldly palates though and robust culinary expressions. We have created a different rendition on your traditional South Asian/Indian inspired food.

4. What kind of services do you provide?

Catering to weddings, special events, corporate and Non-Profit. No matter what shape your event is, we can do it all! Plated, formal dining, fun filled buffet of choices, action stations, family style, in-home seasonal dining soiree is our specialty.

5. Can you cater to dietary restrictions? Veg, non veg, gluten free?

S3 can cater to all kinds of requests. The Catering team brings a  caliber of catering that  is well above the rest and you have no worries when it comes to presentation, execution and delivery of culinary masterpieces.  We cater for the ethnically diverse faith and regionally groups such as Swaminaryan, Jain, Halal, Kosher,  Vegan, Gluten Free, etc.

6. What is your favorite dish so far?

All our dishes are so unique so it is hard to pick just one. Few of our most popular dishes are Chili Paneer served on an Edible Spoon,  our signature Pani Puri Shooters,  Tandoori Lamb Sloppy Joe’s, along with our Chocolate Dipped Gulab Jamuns

7. Can you create custom looks to fit to a bride's decor theme?

Customer service is key to us and we listen to our clients every need and deliver a culinary experience that focuses on the client and creative presentation, and we totally want our food to be an enhancement to the clients already epic design masterpiece.


8. Can you travel to different destinations?

Yes! We definitely travel and have catered in different parts of the country. We have the permits and also relationships with different kitchen facilities all across the United States and are expanding our brands internationally.
