Every couple dreams of their perfect wedding in the perfect venue! The tradition of simple weddings has been taken to whole new level with this couple, who decided to exchange their vows in the midst of tropical atmosphere.
Anokhi Shah and Amit Patel walked their 7 rounds in the beautiful tropics of Costa Rica. Check out their wedding photo shoots!
Anokhi wanted a dress with soft colors for this specific pre-wedding ceremony and she decided to go with peach and mint colors.
Choosing pastel colors for a wedding was something unusual and unique, but we wanted to give a celestial look to the outfit with a long, soft flowing back which gave the subtle resemblance of wings.
The embroidery was decorated with fine crystals motifs, intricate thread work around the halter neckline and sequins and stones within the border.
The wedding dress was a traditional Panetar, colored with white, red, and a touch of green. The hint of green gave a splash of color blending with the lush green surrounding of the tropical atmosphere.
I gave her a train at the back to complete this overall outfit, and the entire Panetar was embellished with countless crystals, Kundan (soft cut stone work), Zardosi (metallic gold and wire-like embroidery).
For the bridesmaids' and groomsmen's outifts, we chose the bright colors of blue skies and water to mimic the surroundings. The bridesmaids wore blue chiffon sarees with delicate crystal and beaded borders, while the groomsmen wore cotton silk embroidered kurtas with blue silk chunnis to match the girls.
