We are so honored to have Kaz Kouture
showcase their latest designs at our trunk show this Saturday! We were able to get the inside scoop from the designers about how they started this fabulous company!
1. What made you want to start this line?
Our last name Kazmi so we shortened it to Kaz and added Kouture to the name! The 3 Kazmi sisters (Ayesha, Javeria and Sarah) started Kaz Kouture earlier this year. Ayesha and Javeria were inspired by their trips to the Middle East and Europe. They have created a unique collection of timeless pieces. The sisters fell in love with the colors, textures, and designs found in these countries and converted their memories into a chic collection. The three sisters studied and reside in the fashion forward city of Dallas, TX and want to ensure that their fashion loving clients will get years and years of wear and compliments with these timeless pieces. 2. Do you only pick certain designs or should we expect new designs?
"We’re always changing our stock according to what we feel the customer needs and some of the more popular pieces we keep consistent."
3. What is your favorite piece?
"Our personal favorites are the headpieces. They are super versatile and beautifully hand with copper. Copper is a strong material that is bendable and can be molded to fit your head shape. Headpieces can be worn with hair down, updos, as well as worn in various orientations. They make everyone who wears it feel like royalty! They’re just absolutely beautiful!"
4. What should we expect in the near future?
"We have plans of expanding into our own custom made jewelry. It will include personalized necklaces in Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Farsi very soon!"
We cannot wait to see what Kaz Kouture will bring to our Diwali & Eid trunk show! These ladies know how to accessorize! Be sure to arrive early since it's first come first serve and we offering a buy three and get one free sale!
